Jaguar XJ
With the launch of the new, luxury long wheelbase 4.2 litre
and Super V8 (special order only), there are now seven XJ models
to choose from. All four engines are driven by the refined six-speed
ZF automatic gearbox, and each model in the range has its own
unique character, elegant styling and refined performance. |

XJ6
3 litre V6
Entry into the XJ family starts with the legendary XJ6, with a
3 litre power unit driven through a ZF six-speed automatic transmission.
On the long list of standard equipment is Cruise Control, air-damped
suspension, Dynamic Stability Control and Jaguar´s advanced
safety system: Adaptive Restraint Technology System (A.R.T.S).
Exterior detailing is chrome with 18" alloy wheels. Inside
there´s electric adjustment for the steering column, pedals,
driver and front passenger seat, sumptuous leather upholstery,
burr walnut veneer facia and trims.

XJ8
3.5 litre and 4.2 litre
The two XJ8 models deliver the high levels of refined comfort
and luxury seen in the XJ6, and have the added performance of
two powerful V8 engines. Whether you choose the XJ8 3.5 or 4.2,
you´ll find an unequalled combination of luxury and performance.

XJR
4.2 litre V8 Supercharged
The dynamic performance of the 4.2 litre supercharged XJR is highlighted
by its exterior styling. The unique trademark mesh grille, race-inspired
19" Performance alloy wheels and four-piston Brembo brake
callipers all underpin the XJR´s sporting spirit. Inside,
there are contoured, powered seats and a choice of grey birds
eye maple or burr walnut veneers. The distinctive R gearshift
logo crowns the responsive ZF six-speed transmission with its
optional sports settings. Jaguar´s DVD-based touch screen
Navigation technology is fitted as standard.

Super
V8 4.2 litre V8 Supercharged
The 298kW XJ flagship combines its searing performance with an
unparalleled level of luxury and technology. The telephone system,
touch screen navigation and 12-speaker Alpine Premium sound can
all be controlled by JaguarVoice. Rear seat multimedia controls
are provided for the (optional) rear LCD video screens and DVD
player as well as for individual control of the sound system.
Soft-grain ruched leather seats and door inserts combine with
the burr walnut facia and overhead console to cocoon driver and
passengers in optimum luxury. Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and
Brembo brakes are standard. Long wheelbase also available as a
special order.
